A new poll shows a four-term Republican congressman from northwestern Pennsylvania is facing an uphill battle for re-election.
The poll by Susquehanna Polling and Research for ABC27 News found U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly has a four-point deficit against Democratic challenger Ron DiNicola.
The two are running for Pennsylvania’s 16th congressional district which includes Erie, Butler, Crawford, Lawrence, and Mercer counties.
The telephone survey of 405 likely voters was conducted Oct. 29-30 and has a margin of error of plus-or-minus 4.9 percentage points.
