(WHTM) — State Senator Doug Mastriano is pushing legislation to make federal firearm laws unenforceable in Pennsylvania.

The Republican’s bill would create civil penalties for officials who work with federal agents who enforce gun laws that went into effect this year and would freeze state money for local governments that enforce those new laws.

Eleven states have passed similar legislation.
