Sharon Fitzgerald, MD, specializes in gynecologic oncology and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine, fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

William Childers, DO, specializes in general surgery, complex abdominal wall reconstruction, and hernia repair and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He practices at UPMC Grandview Surgical Associates and is the director of the UPMC Comprehensive Hernia Center. He completed his residency at UPMC Harrisburg, UPMC Community Osteopathic, and UPMC West Shore, and medical school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences.

Pamela Kozick, CNM, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and is certified as a nurse-midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board. She practices at UPMC Pinnacle Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists and is affiliated with UPMC Carlisle. Ms. Kozick completed her master of science in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.

Farda Qayyum, MD, is a vascular surgeon with UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute. She received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and completed her general surgery residency at UPMC in Central Pa., followed by her fellowship in vascular surgery at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Qayyum’s clinical interests include limb salvage, aneurysms, carotid disease, and stroke prevention. She is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
