Eric Finkenbinder and Adis Juklo track today’s snow and additional snow coming for Monday. This first round of snow today will be on the lighter side through midnight tonight. Only 1-3″ of snow is expected in this first round.
By tonight, a developing coastal storm will begin to affect our local forecast. During this transition it is likely that sleet will mix in and the snow showers will become spotty. Only an additional 1-2″ is likely during this time.
Monday remains the wild card in the forecast. In this video Eric and Adis explain that the coastal low may throw enough snow our way to really increase our local snow totals. However, more recent model guidance has pinpointed the highest snow totals to be northeast of the Midstate. The abc27 Weather Team will continue to monitor these changes!
