Cold start, warm & sunny afternoons this weekend

Forecast

No rain until next Tuesday!

TODAY: Sunny, Milder. Hi 50.

TONIGHT: Mostly Clear, Cool. Lo 28.

SUNDAY: Sunny, Mild. Hi 53.

A clear, cold start to the morning will turn into a pleasant afternoon as winds shift to more of a southwesterly direction. It will be a bit breezy but high pressure will keep skies sunny, allowing for a fantastic weekend all around.

The warming trend continues on Sunday as highs push into the low to mid 50s. Clouds will increase Monday ahead of the next upper air system. This will bring us some showers by Tuesday, but it will remain mild with highs in the 50s.

A stronger system will cut north through Pennsylvania Wednesday and early Thursday. Some rather widespread precipitation will come with this but with temperatures so far above freezing this will again likely remain all rain. Colder air will work in by Thursday afternoon and Friday. Next week looks to end chilly with highs in the 30s and lows in the 20s. Still no significant threat for snow in sight.
